To better connect with and nurture future Karma drivers, Rhythm set out to enhance the brand’s digital experience through key channels and platforms.
Karma drivers are accustomed to best-in-class experiences and expect efficiency from the brands choose to support. To appeal to these drivers, Rhythm refined vehicle, configurator, and Shopify pages, creating a seamless experience from discovery to reservation. We also updated the site architecture to create harmony between different systems and components.
An in-depth audience analysis enabled us to gain perspective on Karma’s clientele while a brand audit provided insight into how to translate this vision into driver-facing communications. We developed a comprehensive social media playbook to guide the brand’s creative approach on preferred platforms.
