Being in love with music his entire life Pete set out to develop a platform for independent musicians to market themselves on the Internet. The music platform was launched and in a parallel path, a digital marketing agency was born called Rhythm. For over two decades, as President and CEO, Pete has continued to strategically lead and further establish Rhythm as a unique digital first agency that creates synchronized marketing solutions that deliver measurable results to clients.

With a focus on performance, value and growth, Pete continuously challenges the status quo by pushing the boundaries of change necessary to stay at the forefront of the ever-evolving marketing landscape. Notable clients include Avis Budget Group, Kaiser Permanente, VinFast, Acura, Firehouse Subs, The Irvine Company, Western Dental, Shaw Floors, Sunsweet Growers, When We All Vote, EJ Gallo and Jacuzzi.

Yoje Ho

Chief Creative Officer

Yoje brings a vibrant blend of digital and traditional agency experience, energizing Rhythm's creative team with her strategic vision and innovative thinking. Her extensive career includes impactful roles at renowned agencies such as AKQA, R/GA, Fantasy, McGarryBowen, and Organic, collaborating with prominent brands like Verizon, Mercedes, American Express, NikeID, Citibank, Harvard Business School, Chase, Pepsi, Johnson & Johnson, and P&G, among others.

In her role at Code and Theory, Yoje was instrumental in leading transformative, large-scale projects. She specialized in crafting compelling human-centered experiences and establishing cohesive design systems that elevated brand narratives across platforms. Passionate about nurturing creative teams and scaling departments effectively, she pioneered DesignOps initiatives, fostering an environment where creativity thrives. Never settling for the ordinary, Yoje continually pushes creative boundaries with a client-first approach, blending innovation and imagination to empower Rhythm's teams to achieve extraordinary outcomes.

Sara Bekerman

Head of Brand Strategy & Account

Sara specializes in collaborating with clients to craft meaningful brands and connected consumer experiences that drive business results. Sara joined Rhythm after more than 10 years at Code and Theory, where she led global launches and developed digital-first ecosystem strategies for some of the world’s most iconic brands in the CPG (Johnson & Johnson and Unilever), beauty (L’Oréal), fashion (adidas), financial services (Citadel) categories, among others. Sara got her start specializing in social media and content distribution planning when she established the social media marketing divisions of Conversation Agency and DIGO Brands, as well as steering client success at Buddy Media (acquired by Salesforce in 2012).

Silvan Reinhold

Head of Technology

Silvan is that rare engineering leader with both technical acumen and the collaborative skills to motivate talented colleagues. Working at the intersection of Technology and Design, he’s overseen the technical aspects of engagements for clients such as Las Vegas Sands Corp., Brand USA, Morton Salt, DPSG, Thomson Reuters, Intel, and The Tribune Company. Silvan works in close collaboration with UX designers, visual designers, strategists, management and clients (both marketers and IT), and understands how to motivate large groups of people with diverse skill sets to work toward a common goal. He spends as much time with creatives and designers as he does engineers. As a recently recovered retro game developer (in his spare time), he’s excited to re-explore new sushi spots and the occasional international travel destination.

Kate Russo

Strategic Account Director

Kate has been in the advertising industry for 10+ years as an Account Manager and Producer and has a track record of leading diverse and impactful projects for a range of clients.

Throughout her career, Kate has worked on a variety of high-profile accounts. She has worked on marketing initiatives and site builds for brands including J&J, P&G, Adidas, ConEdison, JPMC, Galleri, COREtec, Jameson, Visible Wireless, and Walmart. Outside of work, Kate is passionate about theater and traveling and enjoys spending time with her three wonderful dogs.

David Stob

Director of Media Strategy

David has deep experience developing strategic media campaigns for clients and executing them with thorough negotiations and meticulous detail. Over the course of his 20+ year career in media, he’s worked across a variety of B2C and B2B industries—from hyper-local to international—including healthcare, e-commerce, CPG, and optical in addition to many more verticals. Prior to joining Rhythm, David’s passion for media was demonstrated through Supervisor and Director roles, leading the strategy and managing teams on campaigns for EssilorLuxottica, WellCare Health Plans, Florida Blue, Alessi Foods, and more.

David is extensively skilled in planning, negotiating and placing digital, paid social, broadcast TV, cable, radio, OOH, trade, and experiential/nontraditional media contracts, while keeping the KPIs for each campaign in focus. Originally a Chicagoland-native, he currently resides in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Steve Hall

Director of Production

Steve is a strategic producer with 15+ years of experience in production and project management. As Director of Production at Rhythm, he leads a team of producers and collaborates across departments to ensure projects are delivered on time and at the highest quality.

Before joining Rhythm, Steve was the Director of Project Management at Votigo, where he managed 50+ clients, including global brands, agencies, and technology vendors.

Throughout his career, he has worked with major brands such as Ford, Live Nation, Breezeline, Toyota, AARP, and GoPro. His expertise spans project and resource management, stakeholder communications, strategic planning, and interactive marketing and design.

Cynthia De La Cruz

HR Manager

Cynthia is a seasoned HR professional with over a decade of experience supporting agencies, particularly in the Advertising and Digital Marketing sectors. Passionate about leadership coaching, employee relations, and fostering equity and inclusion in the workplace, Cynthia brings a people-centric approach to her work. Before joining the Code and Theory network, she honed her skills at FCB Health and Wunderman Thompson, where she played a key role in the growth and development of HR teams. Based in New York, Cynthia is a Brooklynite at heart. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exploring the craft/DIY space, event planning, and spending quality time with her family.
