To maintain a competitive edge, they sought out the services of Rhythm to design and develop a new website tied to integrated digital marketing strategies that present the brand in the best light while filling spaces. Rhythm worked with SmartStop to determine their unique content and functionality needs in order to create a site that works perfectly for them and their customers. SmartStop's website not only details their storage solutions and connects people with storage locations, it also provides their prospective and current customers with resources such as packing tips, recommended supplies, special offers, and answers to FAQs.

The site features an integrated inventory system that allows SmartStop to manage their units and gives unit customers the ability to access their accounts to find information on their terms, payments, etc. Over time Rhythm has worked with SmartStop to reduce the number of steps needed to reserve a space - increasing the number of interested leads collected and filling more spaces. The site was also integrated with SmartStop's Centershift CRM platform. A customized CMS was built allowing SmartStop to update their website content as needed while a custom analytics portal was designed to track actions on the site. We also ensured that SmartStop's social channel icons were prominent, enabling them to nurture and grow their customer base by running social contests and promotions.
