Shawn brings a strong analytics and customer-service background to his role as Project Manager at Rhythm. In his nearly two decades in various business environments, he’s demonstrated an aptitude for success in fast paced working situations. Shawn’s problem solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects and strict deadlines are also highly appreciated by his clients and colleagues alike.
Brooke Briggs, Senior Traffic Manager
Brooke brings extensive agency experience to Rhythm overseeing everything from account teams to R&D. Known for her cross-functional collaboration, strategic ideas, and long-term vision, Brooke ensures Rhythm projects stay within budget and are delivered on time.
Sean Richards, Account Director
Sean Richards is a solutions-oriented marketing professional with experience in strategic planning, sales, and management within both agency and client-side environments. A strong strategic thinker and creative problem solver, Sean has successfully coordinated several multi-channel marketing efforts.
Leo Tran, Digital Project Manager
Leo is an experienced project manager who specializes in digital tactics. Prior to joining Rhythm, he worked on projects for numerous top tier organizations including Microsoft, Amazon, and Nintendo. Ryan Haney, Associate Director of Technology
Prior to joining Rhythm, Ryan has held IT positions where he could apply his network administration and programming skills to build and maintain LAN/WAN and corporate web presences for a various companies in addition to creating cloud-scale solutions for medium to large enterprises. As Associate Director of Technology, Ryan leads Rhythm’s talented engineers, assisting them where needed to deliver beautiful and functional results.
Kevin Scully, Director of Project Management
With more than 12 years of project management, marketing and advertising experience at many reputable agencies, Kevin brings a wealth of knowledge and industry experience to Rhythm. As Director of Project Management, Kevin oversees the day-to-day activities of the Project Management Department. In addition to those responsibilities, he leads and manages all phases of select client projects – from research and requirements gathering to development and deployment. Kevin also oversees projects with third-party vendors and advertising and marketing agencies, and makes sure that all client projects are delivered on budget and on time.
Peter Sarkis, Account Director
Peter brings nearly 5 years of agency experience to his role as Account Director. He excels in a wide rage of digital specialties including websites and applications, content management systems, search engine marketing, paid search, and email marketing campaigns. Peter manages numerous complex campaign strategies for Rhythm’s B2B and B2C clients in a variety of industries including manufacturing, real estate, travel and professional business services.
