TECHNOLOGY PILLARBrad Atwater, Director of Technology Brad brings a deep understanding of business and technology to his role as Director of Technology. A natural leader with strategic vision, he possesses a keen ability to implement and measure results of digital solutions that push the boundaries of what is possible. Prior to Rhythm, Brad worked at agencies including BLITZ and Mirum and has directed technology initiatives for several brands including Microsoft, Walmart, VIZIO, Nestle, Honda, and Dole. Brad is a Fulbright Scholar, holds an MBA from USC’s Marshall School of Business and a Computer Science degree from UC Riverside.
Erik Langslet, Senior Web Application Developer Erik brings over 15 years of web development and software engineering experience to his role as Senior Web Application Developer. Prior to joining Rhythm, Erik was an Applications Developer and Project Manager with Minds Eye Team in Huntington Beach where he architected and developed four new websites and managed platform migrations. Before that, he was a Lead Application Developer at Global Cash Card in Irvine where he performed a variety of duties including developing and maintaining new features for multiple websites that managed pay stubs for 5000+ companies and 9.5 million cardholders and employees.
Elvis Wohlken, Web Application Developer Elvis is a talented and proficient IT professional with experience across a wide range of programming platforms. In addition to his extensive technical background, he brings a passion for learning new technologies and programming strategies to his role as Web Application Developer. Prior to joining Rhythm, Elvis excelled as Front-End Developer at GoldenComm in Newport Beach where he built and supported custom applications and eCommerce sites. While working there he also traveled to Poland to help develop front-end standards at a sister company named 2MD.
Reetesh Patel, Senior Paid Media Strategist Reetesh is a results-driven paid media strategist with broad experience in all aspects of traffic acquisition. A passionate learner with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, he brings over seven years of digital marketing experience to his current role. Prior to joining Rhythm, Reetesh excelled as a Senior Manager, Paid Media for Katch where he managed multi-million dollar paid search campaigns including the development of all keyword bid strategies and the testing and optimization of ad copy and landing pages.
Sean Ryan, SEO & PPC Architect From search engine optimization to AdWords, Sean brings an impressive depth of experience and enthusiasm to his role. A highly-motivated professional, he realizes that research, analysis and tenacity are the building blocks of any successful search optimization strategy. Before joining Rhythm, Sean was a Marketing Manager for S&B Commerce where he performed extensive keyword research, audited websites, and developed comprehensive search, paid and e-commerce strategies.
DESIGN PILLARRichard Buecheler, Associate Creative Director Richard is a highly-talented creative with over 15 years of digital design and UX experience. As Associate Creative Director, he leads the design of client websites, landing pages, mobile sites, e-marketing campaigns, and digital advertisements. Prior to joining Rhythm, Richard was Senior Art Director at Sandbox in Newport Beach where he managed creative teams and provided art direction on a wide variety of projects, from corporate websites to rich media campaigns. Over the years, Richard has worked on the creative for many well-known brands including Apple, Disney, Kia Motors, United Healthcare, Sprint, Pfister, and Bosch.

Edward Mega, Senior Sales Executive Strategic and driven, Edward brings an impressive background in marketing and business development to his role as Senior Sales Executive. His experience nurturing partnerships and business opportunities across a variety of industries makes him uniquely qualified to understand the needs and challenges of Rhythm’s diverse client base. Prior to joining Rhythm, Edward was a marketing manager for Red Digital Cinema where he evaluated and negotiated brand partnerships with a number of high-profile organizations including National Geographic, Patagonia, Volcom, and North Face.
Nick Jartcky, Project Manager Nick is a strategic project manager who thrives on tough challenges. A proven leader and excellent communicator, he has a stellar track record of delivering projects on time and on budget. He also brings an impressive background in web development and hospitality to his role. Prior to joining Rhythm, Nick managed multiple e-commerce site builds for Silk Software in Irvine. Before that worked closely with B2B and B2C clients in both Project Manager and Account Manager roles at GoldenComm in Newport Beach.
Lang Tu, Project Manager Lang brings an impressive background in project management and digital marketing to his role as Project Manager. His organizational and process skills combined with his technical acumen allow him to communicate effectively with clients regarding strategies and deliverables. Prior to joining Rhythm, Lang successfully managed a variety of website and lead generation projects at GoldenComm in Newport Beach.
Brad Barron, Project Manager Brad brings considerable strategic planning and interactive marketing experience to his role as Project Manager. A natural leader with strong communication skills, his knowledge of the digital space and enthusiastic attitude make Brad a coveted asset to clients and colleagues alike. Prior to joining Rhythm, Brad worked at various agencies where he excelled at managing interactive projects from kickoff to delivery for numerous brands across various sectors including healthcare.
Nicole Winik, Senior Project Manager Nicole brings six years of account management, project management, digital marketing, and advertising experience to her role as Sr. Project Manager. An excellent communicator and planner, she has a stellar track record of delivering projects on time and on budget. Nicole is also highly proficient in creating and managing client budgets. Prior to joining Rhythm, Nicole was Senior Internet Media Manager for YPM, Inc. where she was the main point of contact for seven national client accounts. Nicole was responsible for the placement, management, and optimization of approximately $12 million in mobile and display advertising.
