Brad brings a deep understanding of business and technology to his role as Director of Technology.
A visionary leader with 18 years of experience, he possesses a keen ability to implement and measure results of digital solutions that push the boundaries of what is possible. At Rhythm, Brad is responsible for ensuring that all technical projects are executed flawlessly within the agency. He also works with the leadership team to advise the agency on technology enhancements and opportunities.
No stranger to high profile projects, over the last several years Brad has managed digital marketing and technology initiatives for several leading firms including Microsoft, Walmart, VIZIO, Nestle, Honda, Dole and AACN.
Craig brings more than 20 years of interactive, marketing and management experience to Rhythm.
As CEO, Craig drives the direction of the company through his vision, strategic development and execution. Craig is actively involved in marketing initiatives, research and development, business development, vendor selection and strategic partner development. Craig takes a consultative approach to problem solving with clients. Essentially, Craig believes in helping people achieve their goals and demands excellence and accountability of himself and his team.
David brings an impressive depth of knowledge, experience and enthusiasm to Rhythm. As head of our sophisticated strategy pillar, he’s responsible for developing and delivering strategic recommendations that drive our clients’ integrated marketing efforts. In addition to managing Rhythm’s discovery and strategy process with clients, David also plans and develops user engagement, digital media and conversion strategies.
David’s interest in technology started at a young age when he inherited his father’s 6MHz IBM 286 PC, and continues through today where he still enjoys building and optimizing his own home computers. His passion for communications coupled with his love for technology makes him a natural (and exceptional) digital strategist. And while David realizes that research and analysis are the building blocks of successful digital marketing strategies, he also understands that the human element of any marketing campaign cannot be ignored.
Hannes brings more than 16 years of interactive and industrial/transportation design experience to Rhythm.
As Chief Creative Officer, he directs and works with a world-class creative team to create effective brand experiences that achieve client business goals. He also leads the strategic concept development and believes design should inspire, solve problems and contribute to a sustainable society.
Hannes invests a great deal of time closely examining competitors, researching and understanding the intended user-experience before sketching out concepts, and ensuring that design elements clearly communicate client objectives. He also manages any and all motion graphics production and video shoots on behalf of clients.
Prior to joining Rhythm in 2003, Hannes applied his design and technology talents as a trained automotive designer, working on such recognized brands as Volvo and Porsche.
Karene brings more than 15 years of agency experience to her pivotal role as Director of Project Management. She oversees the day-to-day activities of the Project Management Department and also leads and manages all phases of select client projects – from research and requirements gathering to development and deployment. Karene also oversees projects with third-party vendors and advertising and marketing agencies, and makes sure that all client projects are delivered on budget and on time.
Previously filling the project director and traffic manager roles at Rhythm, Karene has a holistic view of the entire project lifecycle and excels at interacting with clients and third-party vendors.
Prior to joining Rhythm, Karene managed projects for a variety of clients including MWH, Parsons, Relax The Back, Metro Gold Line, and John Robert Powers.
Meghan is a results-oriented marketer with 10+ years of B2B and B2C agency experience. She’s exceptionally skilled at developing immersion strategies and brings an impressive background in both traditional and interactive marketing tactics to her role as Group Account Director.
Prior to joining Rhythm, Meghan managed digital projects from inception to deployment and beyond for Elevation Marketing in Mesa, Arizona. Before that she lent her considerable strategic skills to LAVIDGE in Phoenix where she excelled as an Interactive Senior Account Executive.
Peter brings more than 19 years of marketing and management experience to Rhythm.
As President, Peter is actively involved in all aspects of the business from forecasting and managing financials to planning and monitoring marketing strategies. Peter is always out and about pursuing new business opportunities and takes an active role in recruiting quality Rhythm talent. With all this on his plate, Peter still takes an interest in every client Rhythm works with, ensuring that their objectives and goals are being met.
Peter believes in accountability and expects all Rhythm team members, including himself, to deliver top-quality products and service on time, every time.
