To maintain a competitive edge, they asked Rhythm to design and develop a new website that better reflects their company and its services.
Naturally, we thought outside the storage box.
When it comes to storage spaces, one size does not fit all. Websites are no different. Rhythm worked with SmartStop to determine their unique content and functionality needs in order to create a site that works perfectly for them and their customers.
SmartStop's new website not only details their storage solutions and connects people with storage locations, it also provides their prospective and current customers with resources such as special offers, packing supplies and answers to frequently asked questions.
The site features an integrated inventory system that allows SmartStop to manage their units and gives their customers the ability to access their accounts. We also ensured that SmartStop's social channel icons were prominent, enabling them to nurture and grow their customer base by running social contests and promotions.
And last but not least, we customized the new site's CMS, making it simple for SmartStop to update their website content as needed.
